Customer Information under GDPR
Notice according to Art. 13 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Consent to Further Processing of Your Data according to Art. 6 GDPR
I. Name and Contact Information of the Controller

II. Collection and Storage of Personal Data, as well as Type and Purpose of Use
When you hire me, I collect the following information:
Salutation, first name, last name,
A valid email address,
Address,
Phone number (landline and/or mobile),
Information necessary for executing and fulfilling your order. This includes digital image data, which may reveal details such as race, ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, biometric data, and sexual orientation.
This data is collected to:
Identify you as our customer;
Correspond with you;
Invoice you;
Process your order and assert any potential claims against you.
The processing of your personal data occurs solely for the purpose of properly handling your order and fulfilling mutual obligations under Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR. Additionally, data processing is required to safeguard my legitimate interests or those of a third party in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.
Upon completion and fulfillment of your order and after payment is settled, I will check whether legal retention obligations prevent the deletion of your data. Data that is not required for these retention obligations will be deleted promptly. Under the Copyright Act (UrhG), I retain rights to the photographs I produce. Therefore, I retain digital image data for a period I deem appropriate as evidence of my authorship.
III. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties for the purposes outlined below and will not be shared with others for other purposes.
As far as it is necessary to fulfill the contract with you, your personal data will be transferred to third parties as specified in Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. This includes external service providers like photo labs, album manufacturers, image editors, and other people or institutions essential for order fulfillment. Third parties may only use the data for these specified purposes.
IV. Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to:
Revoke your consent at any time per Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. This means that we may no longer continue data processing based on this consent in the future;
Request information about your personal data processed by us per Art. 15 GDPR. You may request details on processing purposes, categories of personal data, categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, planned retention period, existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, origin of your data if not collected by us, and existence of automated decision-making, including profiling;
Demand immediate correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete data per Art. 16 GDPR;
Request deletion of your personal data per Art. 17 GDPR, provided processing is not required for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, fulfilling a legal obligation, reasons of public interest, or for asserting, exercising, or defending legal claims;
Request restriction of processing per Art. 18 GDPR if the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, you object to its deletion, and we no longer need the data, but you need it for asserting, exercising, or defending legal claims, or if you have objected to processing per Art. 21 GDPR;
Obtain your personal data provided to us in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or request transfer to another controller per Art. 20 GDPR;
File a complaint with a supervisory authority per Art. 77 GDPR if you believe that your personal data has been processed unlawfully. You can generally contact the supervisory authority at your usual residence, workplace, or our company headquarters.
V. Right to Object
If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests per Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data per Art. 21 GDPR, provided there are reasons related to your particular situation.

VI. Declaration of Consent
I have read the above information on data protection according to Art. 13 GDPR, along with my rights as a data subject. I hereby consent that the responsible party, Angie Ziegeler, Angie Ziegeler Photography, may use my personal data for fulfilling the order. I also consent to communication with me via unencrypted email.
